What a great night, set list included Mark Ronson/Amy Winehouse "Valarie", Kings of Leon "The Bucket", Bryan Adams "Summer of 69", Feeder "Buck Rogers", Razorlight "Golden Touch", Joan Jett "I love Rock and Roll", One Republic "Stop and Stare". Em's (lead singers) soulful voice and good looks were complimented by the excellent Colin on lead guitar and tight display by the rest of the band, well done to "STAND NAKED FOR PEACE " hope to see you again some time soon. Highly recommended!!




Sat 9th January 2010: VP's Lunch.
We entertained Andy Campbell - Staffordshire Representative on the RFU Main Commitee, Barry Tilson - Staffordshire RFU President, Martin Rennard - Staffordshire RFU Secretary and Stuart Fairfoul - Old Griffinians President as our guests at our Vice Presidents dinner on 9th Jan.

Monday 29th December: Murder Mystery "Sixties" night.
You were cordially invited to attend the wedding of Jewel Hogget and Roger Windsor.
Warning: Characters is murder mysteries often behave badly: they kill, they tell lies, they often have affairs!

Saturday 9th August: Charity fun day in aid of Breast Cancer
Rugby game at 2pm. Stalls and games. Fun included: Bouncy castle, face painting, cake stall, treasure hunt, tombola, coconut shy, target golf, raffle, bbq etc.


Club day out at Edgbaston for an afternoon of Cricket - Sunday 20th July Pro 40 Match between Warwickshire and Kent.

A night at the Dogs - Friday 6th June Fun with fast dogs. Review and photos to follow.....

Poker Night - Saturday 17th May: Any good at poker. No? Neither were the rest of us, apart from the hustlers....

Chairmans Weekend inc Annual Dinner Dance and Owen Cup - Fri 2nd - Sun 4th May: Good food, good music, good company and lots of awards at the Dinner. A game of Sevens on Saturday and a big final game of the Owen Cup. Phew!
